Dr. John Harper is a third generation Southern Californian, being raised in San Clemente, and is now a 29 year resident of Oceanside, CA. In 1985, he graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious Los Angeles University of Health Sciences, where he also taught Neurology. The next year, Dr. Harper opened his Clinic in North County. The next 28 years brought great growth to his family and his practice as he has served over 7,800 patients and has been blessed with 4 children and 4 grandchildren in that time.
Dr. Harper resolved to dedicate his practice to the treatment of chronic conditions – such as Disc/Back Conditions, Peripheral Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, and Knee Disorders – that were not being successfully treated with the traditional therapies. To do this Dr. Harper has logged hundreds of hours in post-graduate study of Functional Neurology, Functional Blood Chemistry and Metabolic Testing.

Dr. Harper is a big believer in education and the notion that knowledge is power. With this attitude he sets out to educate his patients and people in the community that there is and alternative approach to treating chronic conditions. He regularly consults with a group of 350 like-minded doctors and his practice has been featured in the Union Tribune, North County Times, radio station KKSM and on KUSI’s Good Morning San Diego.
